Meeting at The Strand to sort out buoyancy aids, paddles, etc. We will drive in as few vehicles as possible up to Rochester Rowing Club, Rochester ME1 1QL, where we will start our journey down the river. Free parking has been pre-arranged in their car park. We will collect vehicles from Rochester after the session ends at Medway Watersports .

Please come ready to go but bring a spare set of clothes and a towel just in case you get wet!
