Flip flops and crocs are not suitable and you will not be allowed to\nparticipate. Also bring a towel and dry clothes to change into.

Each session will run for 2 hours and MUST be pre booked via Medway Watersports website. Cut off for booking will be the evening before the session. \nIMPORTANT: Please wear old clothes and suitable footwear i.e. trainers or water\nshoes.
