DESCRIPTION:Why not join us in the evening for a fun paddle exploring the River Medway. \nA great opportunity to make the most of the summer season and meet new people. \nIn the case of inclement weather where it is not possible to get on the water\, we will provide land based learning and activities. \nIMPORTANT: Please wear old clothes and suitable footwear i.e. trainers or water\nshoes. Flip flops and crocs are not suitable and you will not be allowed to\nparticipate. Also bring a towel and dry clothes to change into.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for FREE monthly kayaking sessions at the Strand! \nMedway Sport\, in partnership with Medway Watersports Trust Ltd and funded by Active Thames\, is excited to offer the community a chance to explore the river’s fantastic water facilities and engage in unique physical activities as part of their Riverfront Community Fitness & Wellbeing initiative.Whether you’re a kid or an adult\, there’s a session for you to enjoy. Each session will run for 2 hours and MUST be pre booked via Medway Watersports website. Cut off for booking will be the evening before the session. \nIMPORTANT: Please wear old clothes and suitable footwear i.e. trainers or water\nshoes. Flip flops and crocs are not suitable and you will not be allowed to\nparticipate. Also bring a towel and dry clothes in case you get wet!
